The download link in my DRM Lite email from the British Library isn't working. What has happened?

If the British Library is able to supply the article requested to you, you will receive an email from Sender: noreply@bldss.bl.uk with an active link to your document.

If you are unable to open the link you are advised to contact the Inter-Library Loan Desk of the Library through which you requested the article for further assistance.

The download link will remain live for 30 days from the date of the original email. The Library will receive notifications from the British Library if you are approaching the expiry date of the link and will remind you that you haven't downloaded the article yet.

After 30 days, the download link will expire and you will be locked out of the article permanently. In order to resume access, the item will need reordering and may incur the use of an ILL voucher from your School's allocation or an ILL charge to be placed on your account.
