Why am I getting authentication failed at Queen's login page?

If you receive authentication failed message at the library e-Resources login screen but you have no problems accessing all other Queen's systems (Queens' Online, QUB email) with the same credentials then you will need to request a password reset from Advisory by presenting your student card to them in person (they are located at the Computer Helpdesk on the ground floor of the McClay Library).  

If you are unable to attend in person please contact the Student Records office on 028 9097 2727
