Yes. Special Collections & Archives welcomes Queen’s staff and students as well as visitors.

QUB card holders do not need to undergo a registration process but must present their card at the Special Collections & Archives Enquiry Desk. Advance notice will be required for any consultation of early printed books, manuscript material, maps, and microfilm.

Non QUB card holders should fill out our Visitor & Consultation form with details of the visit and the materials to be consulted. Visitors should apply at least one working day in advance of their visit, a week's notice is preferable to ensure sufficient time is given to process a Visitor Pass. Visitors are required to show both photographic and address forms of identification.

Our Visiting & Consulting web page contains additional information.
