What's the difference between the Borrower Services Desk and the Enquiry Desk?

The McClay Library has a Borrower Services Desk, and 3 Enquiry Desks.
The Borrower Services Desk is located on the ground floor of the McClay.
Staff at the Borrower Services Desk can:
- issue books to you
- return and renew your books
- help you with general library enquiries
Enquiry Desks, meanwhile, can be found on Floors 1, 2 and 3 of the McClay.
Staff at Enquiry Desks are available to help Queen’s students and staff access the complete range of online and print resources. Guidance is also available for visitors to the library.
Enquiry Desks are positioned close to the stairs and lift entrances on Floors 1 to 3, and are staffed throughout the McClay Library's term time and summer vacation opening hours.
