When you spot a book on your library account that you think you have returned, it is important that you bring it to the attention of library staff.

  • Contact a member of library staff and report the problem.
  • Library staff will check the shelves for the book.
  • If the book is not found, then a queried item card will be completed.
  • You will be asked to check again at home while library staff continue to check the shelves at regular intervals.

Library staff will keep you informed by email about the progress of the search for the book.
