If you are looking for a particular journal article and you are unable to find it in the Library or electronically through the Library website, please ask for assistance at any of the Borrower Services Desks in the various Libraries, if face to face services are operating. Alternatively you can use the LiveChat function, available through the Healthcare Library homepage, to ask your question.

If it is something that the Library definitely does not have, then you might be asked to place a request for the article. You may wish to think about how you want to use the article as this will influence where the Library requests it from. For example, if it is something that you wish to share with other HSC colleagues, then the Library will try and request it from the British Library, but if it is something that is for your own personal use, then the Library will try and request it from other locations.
