What should I do if I lose my library smart card?

If you lose your library smart card in the Library, please ask Library staff to check lost property.

If you lose your card elsewhere, you should contact your local branch and advise them that you have lost your card.

A replacement card can be requested from the Borrower Services Desk of your local Library.

Then ask us your question and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible.
