Question
What is MLA and how do I access it?
Answered By: Diarmuid Kennedy Last Updated: Mar 10, 2020 Views: 39
MLA is short for the Modern Languages Association International Bibliography. The MLA International Bibliography provides a subject index for books and articles published on modern languages, literatures, folklore, and linguistics. Researchers in English Language and Literature find it particularly useful.
MLA offers comprehensive searching in the relevant subject areas - usually finding material missed by Article Search or Google Scholar. Please note that MLA International Bibliography searches are not restricted - items found may not be available locally and need to be requested for purchase or from Inter Library Loan.
