Why should I register with the British Library On Demand service?

If you request articles through the Inter-Library Loan service, you will need to register with the British Library On Demand service in order to receive, download and save the requested material.

Access to the document or requested material is by username and password, meaning that it is locked to a user rather than the PC or tablet. Users are required to be registered for the On Demand service to enable them to open documents.

This only applies to articles supplied by the British Library.
