You can access JCT contracts online via the Construction Information Service database. After logging in, click on the option to view "The Construction Information Service - CIS" rather than any of the other products offered. Then search for JCT
NEC contracts and guides
Some NEC4 contracts and user guides can be accessed online. Search the library catalogue for NEC4, to find the relevant access links.
Hardcopies of NEC4 and NEC3 contracts and guides can also be borrowed from the McClay Library. An additional set of NEC3 contracts is also available in the library for reference use.
