Once received by the Library, an ILL request will be actioned within 3 working days.
Article requests are normally emailed to you within two working days, after receipt from the lending library, but may occasionally take longer.
The postal delivery of books and photocopies varies from under a week for straightforward requests to several months for material which is harder to obtain. Items from abroad may take even longer. We will contact you if there is likely to be a long delay or if we need further information.
