The Ewart Map Collection (c. 1567-1896) is a collection of 168 original maps and facsimiles of printed and manuscript maps. The collection is made up of maps of Ireland, maps of the provinces and counties of Ireland, maps of individual places within Ireland, and maps and plans of Belfast.
Information, a listing, and a selection of digital copies can be accessed on our Maps web page.
As many of these maps are extremely large and require careful handling, we require advance notice of at least one working day for consultation.
