Yes, you need to register when you access a ClinicalKey ebook for the first time.
If you have previously associated your QUB login with an Elsevier account, then you won't be asked for this.
After logging into the link in Library Search for a ClinicalKey ebook
you will be asked to register your first and last name and QUB email address
and then Confirm & Register
when you have entered your details,
you will receive a registration successful message.
