You may be seeing Queen's Shibboleth Login - Stale Request message because you have either used the Back button in your browser or you have erroneously bookmarked the web login form rather than the web site or your browser session is too old and you need to clear all cache and cookies.
Clear your browser cache and close all your browser tabs.
Open a fresh new browser session and try to access the resource again.
