Why do I get Queen's Shibboleth Login - Stale Request?

You may be seeing Queen's Shibboleth Login - Stale Request message because you have either

used the Back button in your browser

or

you have erroneously bookmarked the web login form rather than the web site.

 

 

You should clear your browser cache.

Close browser tabs.

Open a fresh browser and access the resource again. 

If you continually experience the error when logging into a resource, it may be that the Shibboleth URL has been saved incorrectly in your browser or app.

Please remove the saved Shibboleth URL and saved login credentials in your browser or app settings.
