How do I print in the Library?
There are printing, copying and scanning facilities available in full colour and black & white (mono) in all libraries. These multifunctional devices (MFDs) are available in all student computing areas. The devices operate on a pre-pay basis: sufficient credit must be available on your Queen's Smart Card before you can use any MFD. All MFDs can print in either A4 or A3 paper sizes and double or single sided; hole punching and stapling are also available. To use the service, you will need:
It is not currently possible for visitors to print, but they can scan and photocopy. Cards for this are available from the Borrower Services desk.
One or more documents can be sent to print from any computer and are stored in your personal queue for up to three (3) hours.

You can print from any MFD on campus once you have inserted your smart card into the card reader. You should then follow the instructions on the display. You can then select which document(s) to print. Key settings to note:
