If you run into problems with email, connecting to WiFi, printing, photocopying or your Smart Card our colleagues in IT Services will be able to help.

Assistance can be provided by the IT Service Desk staff located at the Ground Floor Service Desk within the McClay Library. This is the central point of contact for current Queen’s staff and students seeking help, advice and support for all IT related services.

Calls can be logged 24 hours a day via:

Calls are logged against your staff or student number so please have this available when requesting assistance. A call reference number will be supplied and should be quoted when requesting call status updates.

The Self Help Section of the IT Service Desk webpages provides a range of information including details about setting up Queen’s email on a mobile device and accessing Queen’s resources off campus.
