Your student or staff number only e.g., 1234567
and the same password that you use to access your Queen's University Belfast email and Queen's Online.
Do not use your email as your username for example eresources@qub.ac.uk or 1234567@ads.qub.ac.uk
as this will result in The password was incorrect error.
