What should I do if I get the message 'The password you entered was incorrect'?
If you receive the message
The password you entered was incorrect
at the QUB login
check that you are using your student or staff number only e.g., 1234567 and the same password you use for your QUB email and QoL.
If you use your email address e.g., 1234567@ads.qub.ac.uk or eresources@qub.ac.uk this will result in The password you entered was incorrect message.
If you are still having problems you may need to reset your password using the Self Service Password Reset
You should then try accessing the resource again.
