If you get the message 'CSRF token verification failed' when accessing Library resources that require a Shibboleth login
this is because of an extension or plugin enabled in your browser that is causing you to get the 'CSRF token verification failed' message.
Please check your browser settings and remove any extensions or plugins from your browser.
Or you can use an alternative browser, one you don't normally use i.e., Opera, https://www.opera.com/
or use Chrome or Firefox browser in incognito mode.
