If you get the error Queen's Shibboleth Login - Stale Request when using the Mendeley app
This is because Mendeley Support Team say there is a known issue signing in via Shibboleth to Mendeley desktop app.
Mendeley Support have advised to access Mendeley desktop app by creating a password for your existing Elsevier account and bypassing the Shibboleth login.
