If you get the following message when trying to access a Library resource:
Sorry, we are having trouble signing you in.
Your administrator has configured the application QUB Shibboleth SSO...to block users unless they are specifically granted ('assigned') access to the application. The signed in user '1234567@ads.qub.ac.uk' is blocked because they are not a direct member of a group with access, nor had access directly assigned by an administrator. Please contact your administrator to assign access to this application.
Please email eresources with your student or staff number and the name and the URL of the resource you are trying to access.
