If you repeatedly see 'Access through your organization page' on Elsevier and are unable to access an Elsevier database
e.g., ScienceDirect, Scopus, ClinicalKey
this is because you have been using the same browser for some time and have not recently logged into Elsevier with your QUB credentials.
To resolve the issue, clear your browser cache and start a new session.
If you are not being prompted to login with your QUB credentials after clearing browser cache then cache has been cleared for a period.
You need to clear cache for 'All time'.
Alternatively, switch browsers.
Start a new session in a browser you don’t normally use like Firefox Incognito or Opera
And access the database URL again.

We do not have full text access to all content hosted on Elsevier.
We have full text access to University subscriptions and Open Access on Elsevier only.
