What do I if I get the error message 'your profile contains no valid registration keys' accessing Westlaw?

You must use the library link for Westlaw and authenticate with your Queen's University Belfast credentials.

If you experience the error message 'your profile contains no valid registration keys' when you have successfully authenticated using the library link, it means that Thomson Reuters have not activated a new account or deactivated an existing account on Westlaw.
