If you see the Ovid Login screen, click the Institutional link.
Click on Queen's University Belfast if it appears, or click Find another institution... and browse for/choose Queen's from the list of available institutions.

If prompted, log in with your QUB student/staff number and password, authenticating if necessary, and you will gain access to the Ovid resource, provided it is accessible via Library subscriptions.
For an alternative to the Ovid institutional log-in screen, that bypasses the need to specify Queen's as your university, please click the link at the end of this answer (it will take you into MEDLINE ALL, but you can click Change to switch to another available Ovid resource).
