The Library is adopting the new version of the EBSCO resource platform in early July 2026.

Students and staff who have created Search Alerts, Journal Alerts, or My Custom folders in personal MyEBSCO accounts using the current ("classic") version of EBSCO should take action now to ensure that this content can be transferred to, or recreated in, the new version.

The required steps are shown in the PDF quick guide that can be viewed and downloaded by clicking the link at the end of this answer. The steps apply to resources such as CINAHL Complete, Business Source Complete, Education Abstracts, and various EBSCO journals and e-books.

Not following these steps may result in customised MyEBSCO content being lost.

If you have any questions about the upcoming changes to EBSCO, please contact your Subject Librarian.
