To send a copy of a PubMed search history to your Subject Librarian, run your search, then click Download above the search details in the PubMed Advanced Search Builder (accessible by clicking Advanced on the main PubMed search screen, or under the search box at the top of a PubMed results page).

Screenshot of the Download button highlighted in green on the PubMed Advanced Search Builder webpage.

This will add a spreadsheet (.csv file) containing the details of your search to your device Downloads, which can then be emailed to your Subject Librarian as an attachment.

This option is preferable to sharing a screenshot of your PubMed search history with your Subject Librarian, as the screenshot may be too small for all lines/elements of your search to be visible.

Any questions? Please contact your Subject Librarian.
