How do I find and borrow the books I need?

Use the Library Catalogue on the Library homepage.

Type in the title of the book you need (or type in a topic to find books on that topic) and click Search.

If the Library has any copies of the book, it will appear in the list of results. Click the book title to view the book's full catalogue record.

Check that the book you want is available, and note down the location and the shelfmark.

Go to shelf in the appropriate Library branch and retrieve the book. Use self-service machines or Borrower Services Desks to borrow the book (you will need your student card).
