Can I download a whole e-book?

E-books are from different providers and therefore have entitlements regarding downloading.

Some providers facilitate the downloading of whole e-books onto computers and mobile devices for a set 'loan period'.  

The default loan period is 1 day.

Downloading requires the installation of certain software on your device.  In general, to download to a computer you will need to have Adobe Digital Editions installed.  To download to a tablet, you will need the Bluefire Reader app in addition to Adobe Digital Editions.
