If you can't find a book in the library, go to the nearest Enquiry Desk/Service Desk and ask a member of library staff for assistance. They will be happy to help you look for the book.

If it turns out that the book is missing from the shelves, they will take your details and will get back to you within 7 days to let you know whether or not the book has been found. If the book hasn't turned up, we will do our best to get another copy of the book for you, either by ordering a replacement copy for the library or by applying for the book on Inter-Library Loan.
