A hold is a reservation that has been placed on an item that is on loan to another reader.
When a hold has been placed on a particular item, it is recalled from the current reader and they will be asked to return it within 1 week. When it is returned to the Library, it will be reserved or held for you. You can choose the Library from which you'd like to collect the item. You will receive an email from the Library informing you when the item is ready to collect.
