The McClay Library holds copies of all Queen's University PhD theses. You can search for them in the Library Catalogue. Theses are kept in the store in the McClay Library and can be requested using either the Request buttons in the catalogue or the printed forms which are available from the Enquiry Desks and Borrower Services Desks.

Theses requested via the Library Catalogue will be ready for collection at the McClay Borrower Services Desk before 12 pm the next day. Theses requested on printed forms are collected from the store on the hour during staffed times so will be ready for collection at the Borrower Services Desk at around quarter past the hour.

Theses may not be borrowed but can be consulted in the McClay library during opening hours.

Please note: If you are a student or staff member at another university, and wish to request a QUB thesis, you must place a request via your own university library's inter-library loan service, rather than contacting QUB Library directly.
