The print law collections at Queen's held in the McClay Library are in the following locations:
Law Reports and Legislation
These are held in the journals area on Floor 2 of the McClay Library. Enter the journals area from the door closest to the 2nd Floor Enquiry Desk to find both current issues of law reports and bound volumes. Staff at the Floor 2 Enquiry Desk can help you find your way around the shelves.
Print Law Journals
Also held in the journals area, entering from the door closest to the 2nd Floor Enquiry Desk. These are classified as K1 etc and are shelved with the law reports and legislation, not the main journals sequence for the 2nd Floor.
Standard Loan Law Books
These are integrated into the book classification sequence for the McClay Library. Most are classified using a subject code starting 'K'. Relevant books will also be found elsewhere, e.g. HV (for criminology), J (for politics).
Short Loan Books
Multiple copies of law books are usually held in the Short Loan Collection on the Ground Floor of the McClay Library.
Check Library Search for availability of print books, also for e-book access.
