The School of Law at Queen's has adopted the 'Oxford University Standard for Citation of Legal Authorities' (OSCOLA) for legal referencing. Guidance on using OSCOLA with links to the full citation guide and useful sources for online support can be found on the Law Subject Guide.

If you are using the Harvard citation system, online support is provided from the Cite Them Right pages. Select the Legal Material section for guidance on cases and legislation.
