If you complete the online registration form for Library membership you do not need identification. 

However, if you register in person at any of the Library branches, you will need to provide proof of employment within the Health and Social Care Services in Northern Ireland. We normally accept one of the following:

  • a copy of your work identification badge
  • a copy of your letter of appointment
  • a copy of your payslip

If you are unsure whether you are eligible to join or whether you have the appropriate identification, please contact your nearest Library branch where staff will be happy to assist you.
