We encourage members to recommend new resources to us, such as books, journals and online databases.

To make a recommendation, simply contact your Specialist or HSC Branch Librarian: https://healthcarelibrary.qub.ac.uk/TrainingandSupport/SpecialistLibrarians/

Any resource requests will be considered carefully, and we will endeavour to purchase requested items that are affordable and meet the requirements of our collection development policy (link below).

Please note: recommended books may be purchased and added to library stock quickly, but journals and databases may take longer to acquire, as they can be very expensive and require an ongoing financial commitment. We review our subscriptions to resources like these annually, whereas books are purchased on an ongoing basis.
