The Healthcare Library of Northern Ireland at the Royal Victoria Hospital

Return your books using the self-service machine at the Library entrance.  Simply set the books on the lit up shelf and select the option to return onscreen.  When scanned, simply drop the books into the book bin beneath the self-service machine.  Alternatively, you can return books to staff at the Borrower Services Desk.

If the library is closed, you can return books by dropping them into the Book Return Bin just outside the library entrance.

Healthcare Libraries

You can return books at the Borrower Services Desk in each of the Libraries.

McClay Library

Please return books in the McClay Library using the self-service book returns at the Borrower Services Desk.

Some libraries have book bins available outside the library so that you can return books when the library is closed e.g. Healthcare Library of Northern Ireland at QUB Medical Biology Centre, Healthcare Library Antrim and Healthcare Library Craigavon. If it is not possible for you to return books in person, you can return them by post to the appropriate library. If you are returning a book by post, please remember you are responsible for its safe return by the date due.
