Healthcare library membership allows you to access the following libraries:

QUB libraries

  • Medical Library
  • Biomedical Library
  • The McClay Library

You need to have your library card with you in order to access these sites. Alternatively, you can download the QUB app from the Apple or Google Play Stores.  Then login using your Healthcare Library credentials (username and password). Please enter your username/library number in the format 1234567@ads.qub.ac.uk. A barcode will be available on the app for you to scan and gain entry at the McClay Library turnstiles.

The Healthcare Library of Northern Ireland also has Branches at the following Healthcare Sites, you do not need a library card to access these libraries.  

  • Altnagelvin
  • Antrim
  • Craigavon
